Our Design package is ideal for those who would like creative assistance in their overall event planning.

We have a large storage unit of decor rental items you may book individually... or, we can offer a full design package. 

Inclusions: 

-20 hours of sourcing, planning, meetings, pick ups, and deliveries

-Custom mood board curation and design

-Additional on site venue visit for design planning purposes 

-All decor items included in the Amethyst X Emerald rental catalogue, as well as delivery and set up of those items

-Sourcing and managing up to 5 vendors (such as linens, florals, small rentals, signs, centerpieces, etc) 

-Amethyst x Emerald staff will handle pick ups, deliveries, set up, tear down, returns and vendor communications for all decor aspects 

**there is no minimum for renting directly from our rental decor catalog and everything is priced FAR BELOW market value for our clients 

**Design Packages start at $2000 and are estimated upon further evaluation

-Our team will research, call, and narrow down a handful of options based off of availability, budget, and inclusions and present to you

-Assist with contract evaluations and booking vendors

-Handle vendor communications moving forward

-Organizing important documents, to do's, and due dates for those vendors

-Handle all vendor logistics leading up to and on wedding day
