The perfect starting place for anyone planning a wedding
Starting at $2400
*15 hours of Planning, Meetings, and Wedding Day Management
Inclusions:
-15 hours of planning, meetings, and wedding day management
-receive our in depth planning packet upon booking
-regular check in's via email
-2 planning meetings starting roughly 60 days prior to wedding day
-final venue visit in person
-vendor communication starting 6 weeks prior to wedding day
-detailed timeline, floor plans, and day-of packet
-on site event assistant/s with lead planner
-"emergency kit"
-up to 2 hours of rehearsal
-unlimited hours on wedding day
-full day of event management, set up, tear down
Additional Costs (not included):
-Travel, Lodging, 2 event sites, large scale event production (such as a tented beach wedding), full weekend, holiday weekend, additional assistants, high guest count or decor set up, day of deliveries/pick ups/ drop off’s

Our Full Service Coordination is ideal for those who want full support on wedding day PLUS a little more back end planning help!
This service includes:
-initial planning meeting immediately after booking
-booking gift and in depth digital planning packet
-3 full planning meetings roughly 4-3 months prior to wedding day
-30 hours of planning, meetings, and communication
-full vendor communication take over approx 3 months prior to wedding day
-final in person venue visit
-all major planning documents such as layouts, timelines, vendor forms
-on site event lead with 2 assistants
-day of deliveries, pick ups, drop offs
-"getting ready assistance" (we can bring you breakfast/lunch/help steam outfits..)
-full set up, tear down, and wedding day management
-on site emergency kit
-unlimited hours on wedding day
