This package is the perfect middle ground. You can always add more planning assistance or decor, while still covering all your bases and being fully supported in your final months of planning and day-of.

Our Full Coordination is ideal for those who want full support on wedding day PLUS a more back end planning help!
Starting at $3600
*30 hours (12 weeks) of Planning, Meetings, and Wedding Day Management
Inclusions:
-30 hours (12 weeks) of planning, meetings, and wedding day management to ensure you do not forget any important details
-Initial planning meeting immediately after booking to get you started on the right foot
-Receive our in-depth planning packet at our first meeting , to assist you with planning along the way
-Receive our TOP vendor recommendations in every field who we cannot get enough of
-We will have 3 full planning meetings roughly 4-3 months prior to wedding day, each month, to keep the final stages of planning stress free and moving forward efficiently
-Regular check in's via email to ensure you are staying on track
-Full vendor communication takeover approx 3-4 months prior to wedding date, let’s get all those stressful and tedious emails off your plate
-Decor Essentials Package Included! Items included are;
(table numbers, easels, cake stand, cake cutting set, dessert stands with plates/napkins/forks, small day-of waters and snacks for your wedding party, votive candle holders with tealight candles, reserved ceremony signs, card box, vases for bouquets)
-Final venue visit in person so we can all see the space and get on the same page
-Detailed timeline, floor plans, and day-of packet that will include every big and small detail for the day
-On site event assistant/s with lead planner
-"Emergency kit" , we’ve got you covered for every wardrobe malfunction, decor disaster, and everything in between
-1 hour rehearsal , including up to 2 hours of day-before set up, so everyone knows exactly what to do and where to be
-We are happy to include pick ups and drop offs to make your day smoother (such as florals, dessert, linens, etc)
-Unlimited hours on wedding day'; for as long as you need us, we will be there
-Multiple location on wedding day! (We are happy to meet you at your church, air bnb, hotel… anything you need)
-**BONUS; upgrade to Design and Decor package and get $500 off

*15 hours (6 weeks) of Planning, Meetings, and Wedding Day Management
Inclusions:
-15 hours (6 weeks) of planning, meetings, and wedding day management to ensure you do not forget any important details
-receive our in depth planning packet immediately upon booking to assist you with planning along the way
-receive our TOP vendor recommendations in every field who we cannot get enough of
-regular check in's via email to ensure you are staying on track
-2 planning meetings starting roughly 60-40 days prior to wedding day to knock out big details
-final venue visit in person so we can all see the space and get on the same page
-vendor communication starting 6 weeks prior to wedding day, let us take that off your plate!
-detailed timeline, floor plans, and day-of packet that will include every big and small detail for the day
-on site event assistant/s with lead planner
-"emergency kit" , we’ve got you covered for every wardrobe malfunction, decor disaster, and everything in between

-12 hours on wedding day'; we will be there all day to handle set up, tear down, and all the needs of the day
-limited to one location on wedding day (additional fee if utilizing more than one location on wedding day, such as off-site church)

-Travel, Lodging, 2 event sites, large scale event production (such as a tented beach wedding), full weekend, holiday weekend, additional assistants, high guest count or decor set up, day of deliveries/pick ups/ drop off’s, add decor and wedding related items must be brought to the venue by someone in your party due to staffing and logistics
